Your clients receive a clear, politely worded email from your firm's address explaining what document is needed and why. The email contains a single link to a secure upload portal — no accounts, no passwords, no friction.


If they don't respond, they receive a follow-up at a carefully timed interval. Reminders are written to be firm but never aggressive — protecting your client relationships is our priority.
